Pricing & Location
Our pricing is transparent, upfront and is charged on an hourly basis however if a job is likely to take longer than 5 hours then a free estimate for large scale works will be given, which will in turn reduce the overall cost.
The areas we cover are; Central London, Greater London and Surrey although we do work further afield so please get in touch to see if we can help.
Why Us
TC & Co provides the highest standard of property maintenance in London and the Home Counties. All of our contractors are fully vetted by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and are both fully qualified and experienced in their respective trades. Each employee or sub contractor will have valid tax and Insurance records in place aswell as carrying public liability insurance by law to meet with regulations.
All jobs and projects come with a dedicated project manager so our clients have one trusted point of contact. All parts and labour are guaranteed for 12 months and a follow up call will be made by one of our team after the work is completed in order to make sure you are satisfied with the work carried out.
Landlords, Agents and Estate Agents
The majority of our maintenance work is from clients with 10 properties or more, we offer bespoke pricing and services with up for a 70% discount from our standard hourly tariff. We take the hassle out of all maintenance work, dealing with tenants directly and sending job reports for each completed project for your records. TC & Co also offers Gas Safety Certificates, yearly boiler servicing and on-going maintenance work.
